They employees are RUDE & NASTY! My sisters and I went on different occasions and that sale that says they’ll buy any trade in is a lie! My sister tried to trade her car in and a salesman told her that her car is not worth it and that she would have to put down 6000 just to get a car. The manger was also nasty too. She was speaking to the manager and the manager told her “what was she trying to trying accomplish” as if she didn’t want a car. The whole experience was just horrible. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE.

Service department stinks took my Sorento to them in March told them that the check engine light was on and that the car continued to run when key was removed. I was told it was fixed. It was not took it back on October 3 because problem continued for the past 7 months but was unable to bring it in due to appointments available and how long they would have to keep it . Took in on October 3 was told they need to do 230.00 worth of service to fix picked car up on Oct 10 and paid was told that it was fixed. It was not called on October 14 was told they would work it in if they could I would have to wait now they had my car for 8 days previously was finally told on Wednesday the 16 that they were ordering the part car would be ready on the 18 in the morning. Never heard from them never got a call on the 18 called at 3:30 was told by Sheila that Cole was to busy to talk to me but my car was being worked on. Never heard back called @ 6 and was told Cole had already left car was not finished guy working on car had also already left. Called on the Saturday 19 and was told Cole had already left and nobody new what the status of my car was. Now it has taken 3 times for them to fix a problem and 8 months later. 🤬

We purchased my fiancee's car here and had a good experience. So when it came time for me to get mine, we decided to go back. The buying experience wasn't all that bad, standard stuff. We were told, though, that since my fiancee had purchased before and that since we weren't married, we were eligible for a referral bonus to be sent to her. 3 months later and we find out it was denied because "they don't do that." The salesman no longer works there. I saw the signed documents that showed we were owed a rebate and it was all blacked out. Not only was it declined, but no one said anything to us during or after the process. It's a shame that they're willing to lose customers over something so petty and that they won't honor what we were told. Guess they're just as bad as all the other Stokes dealers we've been told to avoid.

Came last time for an oil change and for my broken key to be replaced. Got the oil change paid a lot of money for the key to be programmed and was told they didn't have the pin for the key. I would have to come back. Got a call a week later that the pin was in and when I arrived was told that I did not get a call. Came back the next day when I was called and the parts desk put the baggie with the pin on the counter and started to walk away. When I asked what they were doing he told me that if I wanted it installed, 'I guess I can find someone'. When I needed to use the key later, I found it hadn't been programmed. I came back asked for a manager, they couldn't seem to find one. I left and contacted Kia and their response was to have their sales manager call me about buying a new car. And they kept calling me about buying a car every day for two weeks until I responded. The ONLY reason I have used their service since is because the do oil changes decently well and faster than Walmart.

If the review would let me I would not give any stars, they surely do not deserve any. My husband and I used to take our cars there, but after the last time we were treated so horrible we will never go back. The technicians there have left equipment under our hood and didn't find it till after we got home, the last time they left the engine cover off. When i called them to complain and asked for a partial refund for all the issues we had the service manger accused us lying and trying rip them off. I have never been treated this way by any company before. The manager berated my husband and yelled at him, we were so taken back by this, never again will we go back. We now dive an extra 30mins and take our cars to Kia of Charleston and so far they have been the most respectful and nice to us.

Bought my car from here, I went to get a new fob programmed. Service says we have one in stock, come on up! After sitting there for an hour service comes out and says the key has been programmed to another car and they apologize, come back on Tues.. what? You lost a loyal customer today, how sad. I suggest a training class for your parts department
