    The staff are helpful, friendly, proficient and super sweet. Obviously, it's annoying that there is only one Key Bank in NY and the hours aren't the most convenient but still grateful to have them around! I really don't want to switch to Chase or Bank Of America.

    this is the worst bank ever on my account someone stolen money out my account thti smh i contact keybank they have me on hold for hours to report fraudulent activity on my account within a week they denied my claim smh saying it was me that was taking this money out so i call keybank back to get a appeal on my claim and i was able to now im hoping and praying 🙏that they refund me my money if anybody reading dnt keep large amounts of money in ur account please choose ur choices wisely

    Worst banking experience you can set up an appointment and it will be confirmed but the bank is closed I’ve been waiting 2 months for my unemployment debit card.. really don’t know how did this bank get the account New York City Unemployment insurance

If you have not yet received your card, please note that it should arrive in the mail 2-3 weeks after you are enrolled by the State agency. You can check the status here: https://www.key.com/business/key2benefits/prepaid-card-status.jsp The card will arrive in a plain white envelope. Instructions are provided in the card envelope on how to activate your card. If you haven’t received it within 21 days, please call 866-295-2955. Customer Service is available 24/7. Thank you.^CH

    Horrible bank don't Go i had a credit card with a different bank and keybank froze my account the next day because of a previous bank account i had and own money with a different bank. And they closed my account and the manager is a horrible person. DONT GO BEWARE Sometimes they can keep your money when things like this occurred

    My card is locked. It has been a week. I made a lot of calls, but I couldn't get through. I need to contact customer service, but it has not been resolved yet. I don’t know if I need to make an appointment to go to the branch now

    Horrible. I came to them to help me consolidate and they payed of the wrong account and left me w debt. They also opened a checking account in which I never approved and have been receiving statements and being charged for paper fees and law fees under the check on account I never agreed to open.

    Worst bank ever. I had over $2000 check that was deposited to the wrong account last year and after multiple emails and phone calls it's STILL not resolved. I will be going in person to complain yet again.

    Nothing is working on their website I called them many times and they literally hanging up on you like it is too hard for them to solve your probably, what a stupid bank, I'll recommend to go to TD BANK.

    If this is Key Bank branch 0441, yesterday they gave away $5668.00 of my money without my permission. They haven't even called me back . I found this theft on my own and, so far, they have done nothing.
