They have a low star rating for a reason. They do not even look professional, I would suggest driving to any other branch besides this one. I honestly would suggest any other bank before this one, save yourself the hassle and go to a Credit union or other well known bank.

    Response from the owner

Really deserve no stars. Terrible experience!!!Do not go to this bank. They will charge you fees and not disclose these fees to you. I had an account and monthly fees were not disclosed. My daughter had a joint account with my wife here and monthly fees were not disclosed. We went up to change to a new no fee account which took over two hours (long before COVID times). Now we find out not from the bank of course that fees never stopped coming out of the account. DO NOT go here, they will STEAL your money.

    Response from the owner

Good Morning David, I'm sorry your wife had this experience. If she would like us to take a look at what happened, please have her send an email to [email protected]. Please have her include her full name and contact info. Thanks!! ^LH

These folks are horrible! I have been with Key bank for years, my parents banked with them until their deaths. When I moved back to Washington from Ohio I continued to bank with them. This morning my husband went to deposit cash money into my account and because he didn't have ID they would not accept it. Now who would put 27 hundred dollars into someone else's account. This was a deposit not a withdrawal and his name is on the account and we bank there all the time. It is our neighborhood bank. I have never heard of such.

    Response from the owner

Hi Pamela, I reached out to the branch and was advised it is policy to ask for ID when depositing cash. This allows us to avoid any unfavorable activity. ^LH

Pros: I like this branch due to it only being 5 minutes down the street from my home. The tellers are very nice and know me by name. CONS: They shut off my card so I HAD to come in the store and get a new one with a chip. I was GROCERY shopping and HAD to leave because they froze my card. That was seriously EMBARRASSING and EXTREMELY inconvenient. #2. Ive banked with this bank for almost 7 years and still get charged $5 per money order. Or get told to go to Wal-Mart. #3 NOT ENOUGH LOCATIONS!

    Response from the owner

Hello Karllon: Thanks for providing your feedback we really appreciate it. I will forward this information to our Branch Experience Team. Have a great week. ^LH

Wish I could give 0 stars, tell me depending on where my check was from there might be a fee... Well it's from you and still want to charge $7, if you won't cash your own checks for free then how can you say "might be." I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone, just go across the street to Fred Meyer for less than half that

    Response from the owner

Hi Michael - KeyBank charges non-customers a fee to cash a check at our KeyBank branches. While we believe the fee is reasonable, and is an industry standard, I understand your frustration. None of us likes to pay fees, even when we understand why they exist. I would like to offer you an explanation: KeyBank is glad to render services to our customers – services they pay for through regular checking account service charges. We are just as glad to render these same services to those who are not yet our customers – we simply ask that they “pay as they go” for them. Checks cashed by those who are not our customers still require the same level of service, hence the fee. We also feel strongly that consumers should have the choice to either cash a check at KeyBank and pay the fee, or choose not to, and go to their own financial institution. That is why the teller informed you of the fee before you completed the transaction. Please be aware that KeyBank policies comply with the Uniform Commercial Code. Please let me know if there is anything further you would like to discuss in regards to this. Thanks! ^ JJ
