KeyBank E 17th St, Idaho Falls

They are the worst bank I have ever been too. I signed up for one account and was under the impression I was in that account just to find out I have been on account with all of these rules and stipulations. I wanted my account to be set up with 0 chance for a over draft. I told them even if I was a penny short I wanted them to decline the charge come to find out they had me in a account that had checks and I didn’t want checks nor do I use them. For your sanity sake bank anywhere but here. They are swindlers and if I could give them a lower rating then one I would. On top of everything listed above they have hidden charges they don’t tell you about such as a paper fee for your statements. Worst bank in all of Idaho falls!!!

I love this bank. Personal service, friendly and helpful tellers, easy banking plans, and a lot of extra perks. The Ammon branch is particularly amazing, I really enjoy their kindness and willingness to review account info and explain things. I highly recommend Key Bank!

I have never been to a more stingy unfriendly lack of customer service bank in my entire life! This establishment is across the street from my work and I would rather drive across town to another bank to do business because my experience with them has been so terrible!

Key bank is the best bank I have ever dealt with. They have done everything they could to help me on many occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
