    Disgusted at the way the tellers handle someone coming in there to cash a check. I did some roof work for someone saved them a whole hell of a lot of money and was paid in a check. Go in to cash it and I’m being labeled as someone I’m not glad I mostly deal with northwest bank.

    By far the worst experience I have ever had. I deposited a check I received from the treasury department on 2/12/21. Which I confirmed with treasury that it cleared on 02/16/21. As of today I have no access to my account for the foreseeable future because they are investigating whether or not they are going to continue banking relationships with me. The only response I get from the branch manager Chris is that he can't help me because it is not his job. Even though everyone I have spoken to has said that he is the only one that can do anything. All I want is to be able to withdraw ALL of my funds so I can go to a different bank.

    I recently had an appointment @ this branch with Christopher ( Relationship Manager)To open a business account.During obviously a challenging time due to COVID-19.This experience was refreshing.He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient & kind.A process that took about an hour. He was clear about the time it would take.( also helpful) I choose this branch for my banking & business needs

    Why the fuxk do banks all close at 4pm? Do you think people don't have jobs ? What's the point ?

    I opened a CD online thinking I was getting 3% on a 5 year CD. When I received the paperwork to sign that I’m agreeing to the rate, I saw that it was not even 1%!! I didn’t sign the paperwork and went to the branch right away to let them know that this is not what I believed I was purchasing and letting them know that I will not sign the paperwork. The branch manager couldn’t care less and I was advised that if I close it there will be a penalty of over $400. Again, I never signed the paperwork agreeing to the rate and was charged the penalty anyways. I called the 800# and very sympathetic young lady advised me that it is 100% at the branch’s discretion to waive the penalty, understanding that it was clearly a mistake. The branch manager refused to help in any way. Clearly $400 is worth losing a customer over.

    Takes 15 plus minutes to get service. Manager watches line back up and refuses to step up and help. When questioned rep said they have no control over staffing. Terrible customer service on multiple trips wasted entire lunch break waiting in line to deposit money

    Drive thru very slow service . Was the only car there and was there a total of 10 minutes. Takes a long time until a teller comes to take care of you
