Horrible customer service. Depending on how you look. They will judge you at the Fairfield, CT branch and speak to you as if you have a pee brain. I closed my account and will never want to deal this customer service ever again. The need of training in deescalating clients frustration needs to be handle with care and not belittlement. I am appalled by the treatment that I have received. I do not need to go to the bank and receive a lecture on anything. It was disgusting.

Did the landscaping there today for the first time and the manager was polite nice never rude always went to check up on us offered water to drink and spoke nicely, was are pleasure doing there landscaping

Key is extremely dishonest and unethical, and will break their own rules to charge fees which they admit should not be applicable. This is the worst bank I have ever been with.
