    Ive been banking with KeyBank for almost 3 years I’ve had to replace my card twice & each time I’ve waited more than 15 days to receive my debt card! I order a new debt card aug 17th & still no debt card plus I also order another on card on rush on the 30th it’s now 9/2 which is ridiculous!! & Still No debt card I would think twice before banking with them this is the worst bank ever!!

    The KeyBank staff at the Silver lake branch have almost always been polite, courteous, and prompt. They have never failed to greet me by name and with a smile. When my transactions are complete, they don't simply walk away or yell, "NEXT !" They remain attentive & respectful, always asking (with a smile), if there's anything else that they can assist me with. I don't give 5 star ratings to anyone, so if I give a 4 star rating to someone- they earned it.

    Worst bank I have ever banked with. They have fees out the wazoo that they never mention to you when you open your account. Their technology must be from 2008; mobile deposits take 3 business days to hit your account with no amount available. I would highly recommend ANY other bank.

    Never once told me about a "regional atm fee" until after it hits my account and puts it negative. Then they charge 37.50 for the overdraft charge. I call to ask what the fee is and the manager lies to my face over and over, first saying he stresses that specific fee, then by saying he tells everyone. Well, had I been told I wouldn't be asking... Update: it is much appreciated when the owner responds saying "I'm sorry you were not aware..." I found, in the packet they gave me, on the last page in probably size 6 font, the fee I'm talking about. Never once was covered. Just a shady process if you can only rely on he said she said... especially when I have to find out on my own about an "early account termination fee" Reccommendation: have a checklist both parties initial that shows which fees were talked about.

    Cruddy bank with excessive fees. I deposited nearly 7000.00 and then deposited a 3000.00 Owner's Draw check against that 7k into my personal account at a different bank. They hit me up with a 37.00 fee and explained that $ going out posts first. THEN they process deposits. Pathetic! I threatened to steal their stapler...LOL! I'm moving to a small, local bank.

    Keybank as a whole has so many hidden fees. They don't tell you about their processing times and how they can accumulate untold fees. They robbed me in all their hidden fees. Will tell everyone i know to never bank with them.

    Worst bank. Not this one specifically but all of them. All they do is lie and take money from you. Totally b******t. If you're considering keybank, think again and go to Chase or something where they don't come up with random fees to take your money that they obviously do desperately need cause they suck.
