    The branch on 6961 E Main Street has been a nightmare so far for me since I am KeyBank customer for last 15 years,the strange thing is they claim they do not accepted valid passport for name change, the black worker on the left counter with arogent attitude and ignore me when I explained to her and Branch Manager Jone E Maciag did not know what is the most dependable documentation for name change , so my name is not changed in my account, just recently I have my mortgage company and my work place name changed with same documents but only KeyBank refuses me, my question is what is the most dependent documents for name change, if not the valid passport, than what? This branch deserve negative star if I can for their attitude and ignorance towards their customer.I do not recommend anyone to bank with this KeyBank branch.

    About 25% of the time that I try to use the ATM at this location, it is out of service. I just love having to make multiple trips or else waste my time driving to another branch to find one that works. Get your act together or I'm closing my account.

    I had already had about enough of this bank when I got there.Today I had the displeasure of meeting Leonaqu she left me standing there for 10 minutes as she talked with her co-worker. After 10 minutes she came back didnt count the cash to me and threw it at me and walked away .Where do they do this at .Ive been a customer for over 12 years goodbye keybank.

    wish i could give zero stars. these people told me i could not close one of my accts down until the mobile deposit that was put in cleared the next day. i woke up to a negative 120.00 balance in my one acct. and closed. after i was told he couldnt close it. Now the mobile deposit has disappeared and cant be found. Thanks to key bank again theyve lost more of my money! and i keep getting the run around.
