    Been coming here 6 years for paperwork signing. Supervisor or manager told me my paperwork might not be able to be signed by notary because they don't sign just anything. I advised a notary is just advising they witnessed me sign and checked to make sure I am me. I could sign a napkin and it could be notary signed and sealed

    Drive through is so small and tight, couldn't reach the machine. And too tight to open truck door and slide out to use machine. Tires rubbed on passenger side and couldn't open door on driver side, so small of a drive thru ATM that I would not use it again

    Not a happy person. Made a mobile deposit on Saturday, was told my funds would be available on the next business day. Here I am not able to make my payments because I am still waiting. I talked to three different halfwits from this stupid bank. All of which gave me the same monotone, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't really do anything for you." horrible customer service. Horrible banking service. Thank you for the late fees key bank. You suck!

    Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in 30 years of banking. I move several thousand dollars through my accounts here and they let me know they had no interest in dealing with my issue, and when I said I'd close my accounts they didn't care. So today I switched my 3 direct deposits and I am moving to a bank that has customer service. The bank manager Mr Hernandez lost a good customer

    Very disappointing customer service. They locked my online checking. The number they provide to unlock informs me that I will have to go into they bank to unlock. Once I went to my local branch they inform me that they do not do that. I explained that I was told that I would need to bring in my I.D so that the branch can verify and call fraud department. They didnt do this. I got a shrug and told if you would like to wait for the branch manager maybe they can help you. After months of run around I still have not been able to access my mobile checking. Key bank please train your employees

    This is the bank you want if you like being treated like a dog. I have never been so poorly treated by my own bank. Credit union here i come. This bank manager personally drove me and by association my entire extended family to the credit unions. Key bank centralia, you should be ashamed.

    Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I called to have the bank verify information for my Samsung EPay. First they tell me they have never heard of Samsung EPay (which is shocking to hear from a large company when all the smaller credit unions have heard of it) then I ask to speak to the supervisor and was told he is away until Friday. Not only that this bank is left without a supervisor, this bank is very disrespectful to their customers, putting me on hold without my permission to attend other customers "had to remind Linda that I am also a customer since she has forgotten that part". My husband warned me not to use this Bank and read there reviews which I regretfully ignored. Linda accused me of "arguing" and I had to remind her that I was not arguing but trying to resolve a customer service issue that she was not interested in doing.

    While on vacation last August, I had a problem with my new Key bank card (I hadn't set the PIN correctly before leaving home). The Centralia branch was very helpful; they gave me the number I needed to call, and also let me write down the numbers and locations of a few branches in Seattle (my end destination) just in case. Thank you!

    This is the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. Horrible service, extremely long wait, and rude teller. Never using this location again.
