    Incredible. Not in a good way though. I bought a new 2017 car a couple months ago, no real problems with the salesman I dealt with, but my real displeasure comes from the service center. I brought my car in for its first oil change...at this point my car had about 3750 miles on it. Whoever drive my car into the building scratched my front bumper. They acted like they were noble for letting me know, but now I have to come back and use a rental while they fix the damage they caused. I haven't even put a scratch on it for 3 months and they managed to scratch it in 40 mins. I also called today after a bad snow storm and asked if I could receive a car wash. I was told no they only do it during the oil changes...i can understand that, but what happened to going above and beyond for your customers? It would have taken 5 minutes maybe? Unbelievable and not satisfied with their service.

    My first stop looking for a car was at a Subaru dealer. Being I had driven a Subaru for the past eight years, I thought I might want another Subaru. However I was not impressed with their salesman- ship and left there unhappy and being I had extra time, decided to stop at Hyundai just to check things out. I was pleasantly surprised. My experience at Hyundai was amazing. I was lucky to have been helped by Kevin who is an excellent sales representative and I will highly recommend him. He was friendly, courteous and helped me in every way he could to get me the vehicle I was looking for.     1. Today I am grateful for keeping up consistently with my car care which made me eligible to have my tire fixed for free. It felt like a huge relief to drive worry free and know that the dealership will handle situations like this as long as I continue maintenance with them.

    Key Hyundai of Milford is just concerned about money. They made a error and instead of correcting the error or giving any concern, they were so pressed on why I wasn't getting my service done by them, and denying the damage they has caused. I just got the car and Key Hyundai of Milford is the first place I took my car to get serviced. They also drove my car without my permission or even asking me while I was picking up parts, which had my personal belongings in it. I was standing right there! Hyundai in Fairfield is so much better. They provide warranty on all their service, great customer service, and is much Cheaper than Key Hyundai of Milford. Save yourself the headache, and hindrance. A friend of mind told me about them, I guess I learned the hard way!

    I selected this dealership as I had done business with them in the past. Not only have I purchased 2 previous cars from them, they were serviced there as well. If you are looking for honest sales personnel who take the time to make you feel special go to Key Hyundai in Milford and ask for Alan Rudman and the team of financial specialists there. You will not be disappointed. I recently called Alan Rudman and explained to him I needed a certified preowned car and financing. He explained the process to me in easy to understand terms and helped me obtain financing which fit my wallet. Once I purchased the car for my sister, he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to her in terms that were understandable. He not only explained the function of each option but set up her blue tooth as well. Alan was super. Again, if you want to have a feeling of being special and the comfort of dealing with caring expert personnel, go to Key Hyundai of Milford and you will not be disappointed.

    I bought a 2014 Hyundai at Key Hyundai of Milford this week, and thanks to the salesman Wayne Murray,I left having full confidence that I knew each and every detail of the vehicle. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was call and he would be more than happy to explain. Since I wanted to compare two different models he was very knowledgeable and patient and suggested test driving both which was the selling point for me. Both Wayne and Sal were extremely informative and helpful during the entire process.. This is my third Hyundai from this dealership and I have been very pleased with Customer Service, Manny, Clyde,Wayne and Sal. I have recommended others and will continue to do so. It is a good feeling knowing that you can count on not only their sales force, but their service department.

    Tricked my elderly mother into buying a new Hyundai over sticker price.. Charged her $2000 more then new advertised price. To add insult to injury gave her $250 for her Hyundai trade in which was Kelly Blue Book RESALE value over $5000. She kept the car in MINT condition. Being the kind sweet old lady she is, refused to let me have them reverse the sale once I found out. I bet the celebration in the office was nice after this company cashed out on her dime.

    I went in looking to see what my options were with trading in a vehicle, not expecting to be able to get into anything due to my circumstances.
