Kelly was excellent! She was thorough when going through the loan estimate and honored the rates they quoted me when I decided to lock my rate, even though those rates had increased in the brief time gap between the when the rates were quoted and when they were locked. I was concerned at first that, since this would all be online, and because the rates were so good (most competitive among the 6 different home loaners I checked out), they wouldn't deliver on time, or that the loan estimate would increase in the end. I was surprised on both counts: loan was approved a full 10 days before signing, and the loan estimate came in right where they made their first estimate. Great team, great rates, great agent.
