Kellswater Bridge by Meritage Homes Longmore Ln, Kannapolis

Homes are decent. Lots are good but only some are wooded. A new apartment building and shops are coming within 1 mile. Seem to be a happening area but time will tell.

Sold out. Would have been nice to know ahead of time but understand it takes time to update public sites

I do not own a home in Kellswater Bridge, but did look in there when we were searching for a home recently. We found an Eastwood Home resale that was ok, but we did not buy in there due to the HOA craziness. We did look at the new Meritage homes in there and they were over priced garbage homes. Less than 2200 sq feet and built to minimum standards from what I could tell. The windows were basically squares cut out of the drywall. They throw on a granite counter top and subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and tile the master shower and the rest of the home had the cheapest stuff you can buy. Not one light fixture. Every light in house was recessed lighting. I wish I would have taken picture to show it, but they listed this home at almost $312,000. Frankly the spec home builders in Charlotte were all bad that we looked at. Market must be good! Do yourself a favor and find a home built during the economic downturn when they had to add all the extras to entice buyers.

Good neighborhood, but wifi problems and an over-reaching HOA really ruin the experience.

Internet service is terrible. It appears that the current HOA has no interest in ALLOWING the residents to have choices when it comes to the provider.

Amazing neighborhood pool and it's next to an awesome shopping mall.
