This was actually our second home we built with Keith Carothers. Our first experience 15 years ago was so great when we were ready to get a bigger home we didn’t think twice. Building a new home is a journey filled with ups and downs. It has been almost effortless due to Keith, Nicole and Joice. What little challenges that were faced always came with solutions. They truly care about you and with them you never have to worry about being a number. I am hoping this is my forever home but if for some reason I decide to do this again Keith will be the first I call.

Keith Carothers Homes built a house for us on our property. We took one of his house plans and made moved some of the interior walls. He and his staff were very professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and within our budget. We've been in our house for a year and absolutely love it! I would recommend Keith Carothers Home.

Where do I begin? Words can't express how happy we are with the experience working with Keith Carothers. From the first time we walked into the Carothers door we knew we were in the right place. We wanted a retirement home my wife and I had been saving and planning for several years. We gave Keith our house plans and design. Over the next few weeks we had the right plan and design in hand. I don't need to tell you how hard it is to pick out colors, room designs, flooring....ect.... Keith and Nicole made it easy with escorted trips to pick out flooring, colors and lighting. We got exactly what we wanted plus much more. In many of my several conversations with Keith I was impressed about his attention to detail and discussions about the construction. Over the next few months it was good to see Keith at the job site every day making sure everything was done correctly and keeping us up to date. Unlike other builders, every day we visited the job site there were contractors working on our dream home. If I had a question when Keith wasn't around I just asked the workers who always treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I could right a book about our positive experience with Keith Carothers Homes but I won't. No surprises here. Price and quality of workmanship can't be beat. If you want a custom home made to your expectations and much more then look no further. You will be as happy as we are living in your own dream home

Keith Carothers Homes is a wonderful company with amazing staff. They do the little things that some people might not notice. All the hardwood is nicer quality and matches better than anywhere else we looked. It makes the home look really nice, they did an amazing job.

Keith Carothers built our home this year we were very satisfied. When looking at houses and when we saw this house were were amazed by the quality of the work. The pricing was more than fair and was better then anywhere else we found, plus buying a brand new house is always fun.

Friendly, honest and down to earth! An experience I would do all over again! We saw one of his floor plans and modified it based off of our needs. We added square footage, built in desks, cabinets in the closets, extensions on patio and the list goes on! The whole team was more than willing to assist in any way possible! I would also recommend AND will be using Keith and his team in the future for additions and renovations based on our growing family's needs. Being a first time home buyer, our process was smooth and pleasant. So appreciative of the guidance, help and understanding from all at Keith Carothers Homes!
