Absolutely terrible service department that lies and does everything they can to avoid honoring your warrantee! I will never bring my car here again for any reason! My tranny crapped out and they made up a story that they told me it was leaking 10 months previous so they aren't responsible! When I asked for documentation that I was told they pulled out a paper with the leak diagnosis that I never seen and never signed. Real classy!! I am absolutely flabbergasted! On top of that they made me pay 1800.oo for the "loaner car" they got me from hertz!! What a shady service place!!

My husband was at this dealership a few years ago and the service was not so great. But things have definitely changed. Peter Danielson was very passionate and knowledgeable about the Kia Sorento. The fact that he was able to answer ALL of our questions as well as our childrens questions was great. He was also very courteous. We did not get the feeling of being harrassed or pressed to buy right then and there. But we did go back the following day to transfer our lease from the Kia Optima to the Sorento. We have been with Kia for 3 years and loved the car, so why not upgrade to SUV.

When I purchesed my KIA a few years ago it was a great experience but recently I had an bad experience with service. The airbag was not working, which is safety issue and should be covered. It was not covered and communication was very poor and the service ream was not accommodating.

After weeks of research, I leased my first vehicle from Frankie Brus. I wouldn't trust any other dealer to lease a car from after meeting with many other dealerships. Most others did not understand how a leasing formula worked and could not explain the details to me. Frankie was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I got a fair deal and love my new car!!!! Thanks Frankie!!!!

This place tried to charge me a "discounted" rate of 1800$ for brake pads and rotors. COMPLETE RIPOFF. Seriously, go to your local garage and get better prices and same or better service (mine quoted me over 1000$ less for OEM parts and service and a quicker turnaround time). Mandatory "electronic diagnosis" charge of 170$ too - they're brakes, I told you the problem already and there is nothing to electronically diagnose but the charge is still there. Seriously, Karp Kia is a COMPLETE RIPOFF. Never coming here again - not for service, not for new car sales. Karp Kia are a bunch of thieves and ripoff artists. Karp Kia is a ripoff.

My family went in today looking to lease as car for my son. The salesperson, Jeff that dealt with us couldn’t be bothered with us. It felt like we were wasting his time. Didn’t even offer us a seat to go over details. Never will go back again

The great thing was they weren't pushy. You go in, look at teh car that YOU want to look at, not the one they wanted to get off the lot fastest. The Kia dealership on Hempstead Turnpike was desperate to shovel a Kia down our throat, regardless of what I thought of it, and seemed unable to help us with answers to questions, comparisons of the different brands it carried, or even with the models of Kia it had. Karp however, had a great staff, that wanted to actually help us buy the best car, even if it wasn't necessarily from them. That is real honesty. As it turns out however, Kia is the best car maker we have encounterd, for a lower price than those that rank as second best.

Brad my consultant was always on the up and up with me. He made sure to contact me to keep me aware of the progress. I had a very nice loaner while my car was being fixed.

Came to check my starter and get a diagnosis on my car. The receptionist completely blew me off because I didn’t have an appointment and then started helping people behind me as if I wasn’t important. Then I called the insurance company to get a jump while the auto shop was 500 feet away and the mechanic could have easily took 5 mins to jump me off. Complete waste of time if you don’t have a appointment stay far away

🤔 I’m writing this review right on site. I’ve been in the dealer for about 20 mins and not one person not one came by to ask if I needed any help like they usually do on all the the dealership I’ve been as soon as you come in you get a hi and welcome to etc nope not in Karl Kia. Little do they know this is my 3rd lease and I was shopping around to trade in my car which is do at the end of this month. This customer service just made me go and try a different dealer after 3 leases in switching to a dealer that will actually pay attention to the customer. It could have been that I was with jogging pants and a sweater but they should be smarter than that 🙄 They were all useless.
