Picked them randomly from Google. Nice people. They don't accept card for any kind of payments/closing. Which is pretty annoying, think I'll try someone else for my next house.

My closing agent was Amanda Flower and she is awesome.

These people were rude and lacked every bit of communication when it came to updating the clients regarding issues or delays they may be having. Many of the people that work there have an attitude. They kept moving my contract from one office to the other and took forever to figure out who specifically was handling my closing docs. WOULD NEVER USE THESE GUYS AND I DO A LOT OF REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS AND THESE LADIES HERE ARE NOT YOUR ANSWER TO GETTING THINGS DONE.

We did a refinance with Kansas Secured Title. We closed on a Monday and there is a 3 day waiting period for the funds to be transferred. It took them 5 days and only after a couple phone calls did the transfer go through. I feel like there is something a little fishy going on. The people there also seem very unhappy and rude. Will not use them again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a quick and pleasant transaction.
