I have known Jon Rozansky for many years, and we have done a refinance with him as well as a home loan. We have had a very positive experience with Jon. He is Knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. He explains everything in detail, and provides a spread sheet so that everything we are doing and have done is very clear. Our credit was good, but he also helped our credit increase drastically by giving us excellent advise. He is a true gem, and really cares, I highly recommend Jon Rozansky - This was my review in 2015. My husband and I did a refinance with Jon Rozansky, recently. The transaction was very smooth and was pretty darn stress free. We were very happy with his professionalism in disclosing everything and asking if we had any questions. He was very forthcoming in his answers, he helped us with the loan that went quickly and we were again, very pleased. Thank you Jon, this is our 3 time utilizing him, and we are so happy.
