We would not have been able to buy our first home without JVM! My wife and I initially went with a different mortgage broker and everything seemed to be going well until 3 weeks into our escrow, they came back and told us that only part of our combined income would be considered because of length of credit history issues. This is something they should have been able to see at the start of the process not days before we were supposed to close. Out of desperation I reached out to JVM on a Friday afternoon and they were able to find a lender within hours that would be able to consider all of our income. They even worked through the weekend to help expedite our application. While the escrow did get delayed (to no fault of JVM), we were able to close super quickly and get into our house! Don't make the same mistake that I did - make JVM your first stop if you're even considering purchasing a home.
