Hi Danielle. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We have been diligently working on this upgrade for over a year. Money was available to members via ATM and debit throughout the upgrade, and of course is now that the upgrade is complete. There are longer wait times at our branches during this time because we’ve had to limit our staff to safely accommodate our team and members during the pandemic. There are multiple solutions to help you do most of your banking from home, but we understand sometimes in-person is the only solution.
