WARNING! This is the perfect scam! The owner, Amanda, who seems very knowledgeable about credit debt, draws you in and makes claims she can fix your credit issues. Once you sign up, paying $149 and upload your credentials to the portal, you then wait…and wait…and wait. While eight days passed, we tried every form of communication. We sent Amanda multiple emails and messages via the portal. We also called, but no one answered and the voicemail hadn’t been set up. Finally, we signed up for a set day and time phone consultation that never happened. This was concerning and seemed to be a common theme once we read the reviews here. We did receive a couple of generic emails. However, nothing addressed our specific concerns. Amanda then sent a group email. It included a video of herself justifying her reasons for not replying to us all. She blamed it on an office move and having 300 clients. We firmly believe these tactics were used to stall everyone’s uneasiness. More and more, the red flags appeared. We sent our final email and portal message telling her we wanted to cancel our subscription. Because she did nothing to help us, we requested our money back. Surprisingly, Amanda responded pretty quickly, explaining our account had been closed. She reminded us that a refund would only come if we had stuck to our 3 month agreement. If we had done so, she would have continued to bill us like she has done to others. We weren’t giving her another dime. We then went onto the portal to delete our information, but she immediately locked us out of it. Luckily, we had previously printed some of the pages we thought were important. So essentially, Amanda makes it seem as though she is working on your case while the days pass. She throws you a bone every once in a while to keep you pacified, while taking your money. Do not fall for it. Find yourself a local, reputable credit repair company, someone you can openly communicate with. We will be reporting this company to the BBB and her local authorities.

Legal action will be taken against this company. They are not worth your time, money or headache. The company took my money and was available to me at sign up. After following up with my advisor over the course of a month, I received no reply. I had already waited two months for things to get moving… however no one would respond. They advertise 24/7 client portal access, what they don’t tell you is they will not be monitoring that on their end and will not reply. I requested a refund due to lack of service. I requested an immediate cancellation of my subscription. They cancelled my account with no reply. No refund. I reached out on social media and the company blocked me instead of replying. How childish. Don’t use a company that can’t communicate with their PAYING customers.Horrible customer service, horrible staff. You can’t get through via phone. Do not use.

WARNING!! If I could give a zero star I would. I saw Amanda on TikTok and thought she could help, she sounded knowledgeable and she was a small business so I wanted to support that. After I signed up I saw there were many bad reviews and cover up reviews on Facebook, which concerned me. So I decided I was only going to give her one month and not waste more money on her services if I began to see what other people were writing about in their reviews. And boy am I glad I did that. Sure enough right away I began to see the concerns everyone else had. Amanda is very responsive when you are trying to sign up for services and will contact you pretty quickly, but once you sign up, it is crickets! I had scheduled a call with her right when I started and she said she would email me the next day with the dispute letters she sent. I never received those letters. I sent several follow up emails and I did not have any response, so I sent another email asking why am I not getting a response and finally she responded a week later saying she would send me copies that day, and again I didn't receive my copies. I wasn't even sure she even sent letters. Per the contract you sign when starting services it states, you can cancel at any time by sending them a letter to their address and if you wish to remove authorization to charge your card you need to send a letter stating this. I mailed a letter to them cancelling my service and removing authorization to charge my card, via USPS, making sure I could track its arrival and confirm it, and they received my letter. I also sent the letter through email to ensure they received it multiple ways. In my letter I requested acknowledgement of my letter and I have yet to get a response. They have been trying to charge my card for the last 3 days, after I already removed authorization, there is no option to delete your card from the portal they create for you, as I attempted this prior to my cancellation letter. Thankfully, I contacted my bank and blocked them from being able to charge my card so they were not able to get any more money from me! I have even sent more messages stating they need to stop attempting to charge me, as they keep sending me automated emails saying my card was declined. This is not a reputable business and they keep giving excuses about new software, or moving locations, or missing messages, but many businesses go through changes and moves and find ways to support their customers and ensure they are communicative and provide great customer service. If you are looking for a great credit repair company, I would suggest Paragon Credit Advisors! They are amazing, I began working with them and they are everything you could ask for! They have a set up fee and you only pay them if they get things removed so it encourages them to work hard for you, because they do not get paid if you do not see results! I am so grateful for the other reviews I saw that made me take a serious look at their responsiveness and I thankfully cancelled before they could get more money from me! Please do not use this company!

BUYER BEWARE: I believe Amanda took care of her customers in the beginning.... but now all I hear are horror stories (ours included). My daughter paid Oct 2021 - no work done Paid Nov - two dispute letters sent Paid Dec 13 - no work done (2 weeks later) We put in multiple cancellations for next billing. Nary a word. Not an email. Not a message in client portal. No one answers their phone. We paid for 3 months, and only 2 letters were sent in one day, so we should receive 2 months refund! Sidenote: The two dispute letters were extremely amateurish AND they lied saying daughter was going to enter bankruptcy. She is not, and never said she was. BUYER BEWARE

So glad I read these reviews. The negative far, far outweigh the positive. Like at least 2 dozen other reviewers, I had a consultation and no one called. I emailed and called to see if I was forgotten, and got an email back from someone saying Amanda was sick...and that she would call me to reschedule. No one ever did. So I rescheduled it myself from her Calendy. I realized later I double booked, so I Googled her site to reschedule it. I immediately saw the negative reviews pop up. WOW. Nope not going thru this.

We are currently switching the software we use for our consultations as so many of them were booked on our clients end and not populating in our calendar for us to view. (This was not the case for you, but was for so many others.) We believe the new software we have chosen will work great and alleviate any of these issues in the future.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Amanda took me on a ride for 6 mos. My credit score actually dropped 45 points after hiring her. Communication was scarce to non-existent. All I could make out from the limited 2 sentence responses was this was normal and it takes 4–6 mos. to see growth. By the 6th month mark my credit score did climb, it climbed to the score I was before I signed with her. It’s a scam, she sounds knowledgeable on the social media outlets but does not practice it or counsel to her clientele. I have reported her to the BBB bureau to avail. Just please don’t allow yourself to be sucked in. The 1 star I gave her was generous.

Please be aware! I signed up for Journey to Credit Acceptance in mid June. I had two late payments on a old Mortage that I thought they could assist me with after watching Amanda on Tick Tock. I called and got Amanda right away. She was pleasant and assured me she could help after completing the client portal. She sent it over that day and mentioned she would be in contact within 24hrs. I completed the profile and waited. 24, 48 and 72hrs passed and nothing. I decided that I didn’t want to go through with it and placed an email to cancel along with notifying them via voicemail. 2 weeks later, I was contacted by Amanda who apologized and mentioned they were going through a office move. I told her it was okay, but I was declining service and not moving forward. Over the last couple of months, I have received several emails asking me to join the program. I continue to decline and they continue to come even after placing a majority in spam. Over the last 30 days Journey to Acceptance has tried to process various payments for service. My bank notified me Monday with dates and times of 15+ attempted payments ranging in dates and times. I reached out to Amanda and explained what I was told, she immediately lashed out on me and called me several regarding names along with racial references and hung up. Please beware!!! Do not use the client portal and give your credit card information!! Stay away!! She seems very knowable on Tick Tock, but truthfully copies other users content and delivers it as her own.

While moving into our new office space, we sent a mass email to all of our clients letting them know that the turnaround time would be delayed due to the move and our clients were more than understanding of this transition. However, you and I have never spoke on the phone and I would most certainly never "lash out" or call anyone negative names and racial references. I will check out software and make sure that your account was cancelled properly to avid out automation emails from populating. They're website is a lie. I didn't see any results and requested a refund. Never heard anything back and I've been contacting them since November. If you want to lose out on $119 a month then this is your place, but if you want to save money then stay away and find another place to help with your credit. Communication is horrible. The only communication I've received from them is letting me know that my payment didn't go through. They just want the money clearly.

I signed up with them a month and a half ago they took my $189 Registration fee . I uploaded everything I was told to now they have a copy of my drivers license which is super scary. They have done nothing on my credit report They have not answered any of any my emails have done anything on my credit report then they have enough nerve to take the next $129 for May payment I’ve emailed them several times called I’ve gone on TikTok their account was pulled down this is a scam I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau and my local Police Department to see what they can do.

Never received the consultation, (I scheduled twice). I signed up and followed all the requirements requested in the first hour. In the beginning it seemed legit. Multiple items were listed as "in dispute". Though these were small things like old names and addresses. They proceeded to tell me the first round of disputes were initiated. They drafted my account for the following month, then nothing. I've sent several messages and no response. I've called a number 10 times and noone answers. Nothing has changed and the two collections I was concerned with are still there. Oh, and they just drafted my account again. Now I can't even log in to the portal and I've tried resetting the password several times. Noone responds from support. Noone answers the phone. But they charge me monthly. The money I've paid them, I could have just paid the collections.
