Joshua Ulmer and his crew were awesome. Very patient and professional. I definitely recommend their service. Just so you know, his company is no directly involved with the bank before closing but they get you a low rate according to your credit and then find your bank later. I didn't understand that part until later but everything moved smoothly for the closing.

Josh and his team were excellent to work with. Josh was very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The financing process with Josh moved quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent as Josh continually updated us on where we were at in the process. Not only was Josh professional….but he was also very personable!
