The whole home search process was stressful in itself but when it came to putting an offer in , pre approval etc this team was on it. Not only was it during the pandemic but also a VA Home loan. His team walked me through the process and helped me make it happen. I would 100% use them again for another home purchase. Their rate was better compared with some online quotes, but there are better rates elsewhere - and if you aren't in an urgent situation, it'll probably serve you to look elsewhere. However, our experience with them had been top-notch for purchasing in a seller's market. They gave us easy-to-understand web page to compare rates. We got weekly updates. They were very responsive. They even bookended our moving experience with some moving supplies and a house-warming gift. Great experience.

Jon, Jill, and Jessica were absolutely helpful throughout the entire loan process. Very patient and considerate group of professionals with knowledge and experience that shows.
