We had a difficult approval with late pays and a previous bankruptcy. I was pretty sure that we wouldn’t make it through underwriting, especially during the ups and downs of the Covid 19 pandemic. But Jon went way above and beyond to find us a great loan with a great interest rate! Most loan officers would have given up and said that our situation was dire and it couldn’t be done but not Jon.
