Very professional! As a first time home buyer I was fretting the experience of the whole process. But from the very beginning John made every step of the way straightforward and very simple. Knowing that he was with me, available and willing to answer any and all of my questions, and even help me fill out some of the forms that seemed confusing via zoom or over the phone eased my nerves and made the home purchasing process interesting and actually enjoyable.

My experience with John as a lender was really amazing, everything very clear, even though english is not my first language he always gave the extra mile for me to understand everything . I will recommend him and his team 100%. Also very honest and patient.

John was a tremendous help to us when we recently refinanced. He kept us informed during the entire process. He was up-front about fees and how rate locks worked, and he worked very hard to get us the best rate he could. After working with a different mortgage company for our initial purchase loan, and not having a great experience with them, working with John was like a breath of fresh air. Cannot recommend him and United Independent Mortgage enough for those looking for assistance with a new mortgage or for refinancing options!

We refinanced with John after looking at rates from homie, better, rocketmortgage, loandepot, quickenloan and 2 other local companies. I went with John for a few reasons: 1) THE LOAN - he helped me think differently about the mortgage process and ultimately chose a different loan type than I originally considered (standard refi) 2) THE RATE/BUY-DOWN/CLOSING COSTS - He provided significanlty better rates, buy-downs and closign costs than even these online clearinghouses. I had previously gone through loandepot and had a great experience but the cost of this loan through John was significant. The fact that JOHN is a really great person is a HUGE bonus. Here is what I liked: 1) HONEST - he was very upfront and honest, he kept his commitments 2) VIDEO WALKTHROUGHS- he woudl send video walk-throughs to review mortgage rates - saved me time, but gave me the detail i needed 3) STRONG TEAM - his team followed up with me consistently to make sure everything was on track. He is WAY better than the online mortgage brokers because iti s PERSONAL and focused on the best solution for you - not just giving you a menu to select. He is WAY better than the local 'MORTGAGE BROs' because he is honest and down-to-earth. Would do business with him again, and would recommend him to friends and family
