His closing costs are highly competitive and he and his staff are very responsive. Best of all, Jim was able to close on time without a hitch--regardless of the fact that I first contacted him 30 days before the closing date AND I was traveling and out of contact for 2 weeks during the month leading up to closing.

Jim just helped my wife and I walk through a complicated refinance of our house. We were dealing with the drop in house prices in the area and the unfortunate realization that our house is worth less today than we bought it for 6 years ago, even with thousands of dollars in upgrades, and the fact that our current loan did not qualify for refinance using HARP.
