JetPay HR & Payroll Services Tilghman St, Allentown

I absolutely love Jet pay! We have been with them for a good few years (back when they were called AD computer). I help my husband with his paperwork for his company Zebra Electric Inc. Jet pay makes everything so easy for me! Great customer service! And very fast: the payroll I submit each month gets done very quickly. My rep, Kent Owens is always reachable to answer any of my questions or address any issues. Considering the payroll company I had years prior (We left them for horrible customer service), Jet pay's prices are very reasonable.

We have been using NCR Payroll for a few years and could not be more satisfied. The entire process is seamless. Nate Kinsell, our Client Service Representative is by far the best. He is always available and extremely punctual for all of my questions/concerns. Thank you to the entire staff!

JetPay advised us incorrectly on two separate occasions which has created a $6888 financial problem for our small business. Also very poor customer service. If you're a small business I do not recommend using them or run all the information their representatives give you past your attorney first.

Back in the early 1970's we were looking for help with our payroll processing. We wanted to make sure taxes were collected properly and that reports were generated to help us stay compliant. We found AD Computer (that was their name at the time) and we have been 100% satisfied ever since. We have transitioned from paper to their web-based solution and it has ben great! Support is also only a quick phone call away. I would highly recommend Jetpay Payroll to anyone looking for a payroll processing company with a very professional staff, utilizing the very latest technology.

Been trying to get a refund for my money been hung up on 3 times today. They all say something different as soon as I get my money back will be taking my business to a company that respects there customers. Don't recommend nothing but issues and nobody knows what they are talking about

According to JetPay, I can go to MoneyPass site and locate a MoneyPass ATM which they are associated with. I visited the MoneyPass site and located a MoneyPass ATM in my area which is a US Bank. I was charged $1.00. I should not have been charged at all because I had done my due diligence by making sure I used a MoneyPass ATM. According to JetPay ATM balance inquiry (Out-of-Network) fee there is a $1.00 charge. Why was I charged $1.00? I was in network!, Is it because of their lack of communication with MoneyPass to update their MoneyPass ATM locations? Okay you say ma'am its only a dollar, sure it is!, but will you imagine with me all of the 1,000's of dollars they are raking in from there customers all over the world by cashing in on that $1.00? had they as a business done their due diligence by updating their MoneyPass ATM locations I would not be writing this review.

Their website is an absolute joke and barely functions. It'll let you log in when it feels like it and no matter what you do, half the time you get an error saying "Invalid Credentials".

Jetpay payroll sucks. My password only works during the day and kicks me out during nighttime. The formatting sucks, I can't even read half the screen. would not recommend this service to any company.
