Great bank. Fees are minimal. Only problem is the customer service department is run by Karen’s who live to fight about stupid stuff. Ask a simple question they will fight you over it refuse to respond to emails and insist you call them or they won’t answer. Even though it’s a general question even an account holder could ask. Multiple incidents with their customer service department. Everyone else is fine.

Thursday July 29,2021 I was in the drive thru at the Northfield, Nj location and they closed it early. Do not listen to the website times . The drive thru closes at 5 pm just like the lobby does. If it's past 5 pm save yourself the trip and don't go.
Hi Ilene, We sincerely apologize for the confusion with our Drive-Thru times. The credit union changed our Drive-Thru hours back in April and they have been changed on our website. Unfortunately it appears Google was pulling our Drive-Thru hours from an outdated source that still had them closing at 5:30. We have put in the request to get them changed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Worse customer service ever... we tried to secure an updated statement for our Fathers car loan (he is currently in senior living facility) brought in our Power of Attorney and a check for January payment. We were rudely told the check had the wrong date (dated the day the check was written) so a correction was necessary and initialed. Our POA had to be reviewed by their legal department and could take up a day or two. We were informed that since all three of us have power of attorney we would all 3 of us (self, my sister and brother) required to come in person at the same time in order to provide us with an updated statement... Angela Post or the teller were very nasty.

The management of this place is horrible. Everyone I've spoken to and most recently Amanda. She thinks that it's amusing to play a tough role with a lawsuit. Just remember it's not your money that you're spending it belongs to the bank and let's see how deep the banks will let you dig into their pockets when you see multiple lawsuits come through there. I will make it my lifelong journey and will be advertisement. Do not bank with this Bank. You will regret it I had no choice in the matter because my account was transferred to them and I did not even know it

They are local. They offer free coin counting for customers and a few times a year they also offer free document shredding services. I like the personal service and prompt responses. The hours are not as good as TD Bank for example. But it is a credit union so the fact that they have less fees make up for the hours.

I've been with Jersey Shore for over 20 years and wouldn't bother going to any other financial institution, they are extremely Fair, friendly and professional. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of, as I have it many other financial institutions.
