I cannot say too many good things about Jersey Mortgage and more specifically about Alex Rivera. Getting a mortgage is stressful and there were a number of factors in my application process that were difficult. Alex walked me through every step and through the process relieved much of the stress. We were rewarded with a mortgage with a better interest rate than we anticipated and a loan amount which met all of our needs. As a result of the work done by Jersey Mortgage and Alex Rivera are happily in our new home which, while sounding corny, really is our dream house. Again, my wife and I (and our grandchildren who now can visit almost every day) cannot thank Alex and Jersey Mortgage enough Ross and Diane Haber

This is my third time I have had the honor of being with Joe Bonaduce and Jersey Mortgage. I have had two opportinuties for buying our home and this time we did a refinance. I worked a lot with Joe and his associate Linda Oliveira. Both are good people that want to work with you to make what seems like an endless, unbearable process as painfree as possible. This time around we even had Dawn Urbanowicz with Closing Partner come to us for all the signing. How much easier can they make it? I wish Jersey Mortgage could sell cars... I highly recommend Jersey Mortgage for any Mortgage needs and if by some miracle the rates fall even lower, you know who I have on speed dial for #4.

Although I was not a customer of Jersey Mortgage, the buyers of my house were. What an awful experience. Even though JMC had pre-approved their clients, they kept saying they would deliver a mortgage commitment yet they missed so many promised dates. Nothing really got done until we said we were walking away from the deal. In the end, the closing date was delayed two months thanks to JMC. Unfortunately, interest rates rose a full point during this delay so JMC will end up costing me over $25,000 in additional interest on my mortgage. My attorney told me that she has dealt with JMC several times and it has always been a negative experience. I suggest that you avoid this company.

Not big on writing reviews but in this day and age only one thing matters and that is reputation. And after having a tough time understanidng the process of getting a loan, JMC and especially Al Perez who pretty much held my hand in walking thorugh the process. Anytime I called (and I called a lot) and any silly question that I had Al was always very responsive and took time to respond. Now I have a three family home and will soon be reaching out again to buy home #2. Great company and great people. Very happy with the service.

Al Perez, Vice President at JMC, was a great assistance to us in our search to purchase our new home. From the beginning of our search, he has been courteous to us and available for us, even after hours. I appreciate his responsiveness to our needs, especially in times when we experienced difficulty in getting our answers address from JMC staff. Our experience with JMC overall was not perfect, but Mr Perez sought to it that our inquiries were being addressed when it mattered the most and subsequently pushed for our loan to be closed. We appreciate his dedication and hard work in an obviously difficult market.
