As a first time home buyer, completely blind to the process, what to expect, how to overcome credit issues, from start to finish, I cannot express in words the gratitude and respect I have for Jenn and her entire team for their help during this process. Jenn is kind, caring and goes beyond what is necessary to really make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the next steps. Whether it was Monday morning at 8am or Sunday night at 9pm, she was there at the drop of a hat.
