Just Honest, I am sorry that you do not feel that you received the service that we pride ourselves on giving when you entered our Goliad Road Banking Center. I am happy to see that you elected to go to another one of our Banking Centers and had a positive experience. We recently installed new ATMs at all of our Banking Centers, and all of them accept cash and checks as forms of deposit, and are available to you 24/7. Our hours of operation are similar to most large banks and credit unions in our area, and we can also be available to meet with customers by appointment after hours if necessary. Ms. Benford, Thank you for leaving your review and bringing this incident to light. As you are aware, our current location was a former Bank of America, and often times we have individuals who come in attempting to do transactions under those accounts not knowing that we are now operating business at this location. While our teller had no intention of offending you by asking if you were a customer, we can understand how this could have been interpreted. Our Banking Centers managers are aware of this situation and are taking additional measures to ensure an incident like this does not happen again.
