My family just refinanced our home and I must say, Jeff Tarbell and his team at Guild Mortgage are simply the best. Our situation was not the easiest to navigate, but with professionalism and kindness, Jeff’s team made the process easy. I’ve never experienced such prompt customer service in any industry. In most cases, phone calls and emails were returned literally in seconds. We never thought we could dig ourselves out the hole we made but contacting Guild Mortgage changed all that.

There is a reason he has a 5 star rating! Him and his team are incredible!!! We have used Jeff and his team with several home purchases and refi’s and have never regretted our decision. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job helping us buy our home. I think the best way to illustrate, is to explain the timeline. On March 25th Jeff opened up his office to meet with us on a Saturday. He had provided us with a list of paperwork he would need, of which we had only enough time to get less than half of together. He went over it with us, and on the spot, said he would vouch for us when we were ready to place an offer on a house, while we got the rest of the papers together. We first got a chance to view our dream home on April 1st, and Jeff's office had processed everything, to be ready with a loan agreement, and have us poised to place an offer on the house on that day. Mounds of paperwork flew as fast as we could digest it, and Jeff was ready to close on the deal as early as the 22nd of April! Due to the seller's not being ready that quickly, closing was delayed until May 2nd. But wow! Jeff and his team were there for us every step of the way, at any hour of the day, and any day of the week. To top it off, when interest rates went down after we locked in a rate, true to his word, he gave us a better rate. We refinanced with Guild Mortgage & have had a great experience. This was our 2nd time & it was very easy to do again this time.
