3/9/21 Update: Jeff and his sidekick Danielle helped us with our third refinance and locked us in an exceptionally low fixed rate right before rates started going up. And another smooth refi process followed with no hiccups and a smooth closing a month later. If you are shopping around for a new mortgage or want to refinance, go with Jeff and his awesome team. They will not waste your time! Excellent experience with refinancing our home through Jeff and his wonderful team. He got us out of an FHA loan and into a conventional loan all without the hassle of an appraisal. We ended up saving over $300/month compared to our FHA loan.
