I just did a refi with Jason during unprecedented (daily) changes to the market (covid19). Those new changes added a substantial amount of new work and obstacles to the process, including additional costs, time, etc, however Jason handled it with total professionalism the entire time. Whenever I emailed him with a question (which was a lot), he always either responded to the email within minutes, or called me back right away. With a different mortgage company a few years ago, I often had issues with getting a response (especially to the "dumb questions"), however I didn't have that issue with Jason. His responses were always quick & clear, which was really helpful since it was my first refi. Thanks again for going above and beyond in securing the best rate possible during such a difficult, stressful time. I will be recommending Jason to others.

Jason and the American Pacific Mortgage team did an amazing job. I’m a first time homebuyer with ok credit. I was working with another lender for about a month on a $0 down loan.
