The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because this is the only way I can telly experience! THIS PLACE F***ING SUCKS BALLS! I only called to find put some information and the B"*CH picked up the phone and put me on the speaker phone! I could barley hear the woman, and i asked, "Hello ma'am good evening! I need some information about a payday loan" MIND YOU I can barley hear the woman! So I said, "excuse ma'am do you have me on the speaker phone because I'm having a hard time hearing you?" And she replied, "YEAH I GOTCHU ON THE LOUDSPEAKER AND IM DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS SO WHAT KINDA INFO YOU WANT?" So I said, "ma'am I can Yardley hear you that's why I asked" Now all I hear is people in the background, the register open and close, just all kind of noises! Smh but what I will do is call corporate and report the lack of communication and horrible customer service! This doesn't make any sense! I can't understand these females here in Florida that work with CUSTOMERS! EVERY place of business there's these kinds of females!

I came at about 7:40pm to receive money thru Western Union. The lady on the reister all on the left got loud and told me that they machine was already off they was about to close which wasn't until 8 pm and she was trying to go home

Very rude, no phone etiquette at all with poor customer service skills. Oh and this is the wife who experience this, not my husband Dwight.

Horrible customer service closed 15 minutes early locked me out and all smh won’t ever go back

Call this place first and make sure they're open just like the other lying check cashing places out there that say they're open and they're not
