In the process of buying a new home the builders lender dropped the ball only a few weeks before closing causing me to loose my rate lock and threaten my chances of closing. I called John and with his knowledge and experience he was able to save my deal. He was very familiar with the loan program I was using and he was able to get me re-locked in on a loan and closed my deal ON TIME using the same program the other lender was unable complete. With out John I may have lost my chances at buying my dream home. They are the best.
