*UPDATE* STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND SAYING YOU DONT HAVE A LIEN ON OUR HOMES!!! Nothing but INTEREST! My husband and I purchased a water filtration system from the American Water Company (a merchant of ISPC’s). $63 of our monthly payment goes toward interest, when we signed up for a 7.9% APR. The representatives have been rude and talked down to me like I am stupid, interrupt me, etc. This company put a lien on our home, and trust me, if you purchased from one of their merchants and financed with ISPC, just take a quick look at your county assessor’s webpage. We didn’t know their was a lien and weren’t told this would happen until a year and half later (just found out today)! I’m appalled. They say it is a lien on the appliance, but that is FALSE. Maybe ISPC just doesn’t know what a UCC Fixture Filing is. We also were supposed to have deferred payments without interest for the first 6 months after purchase; guess what accrued? $60-$63 dollars of interest EACH OF THOSE 6 MONTHS OF DEFERRED PAYMENTS!! Do your wallet (and your sanity) a favor, and stay the heck away from ISPC.

Initial thought, this is a scam, due to the high pressure, drawn out sales process. However, the product works FANTASTIC! ! Fresh, clean, crisp water, had no complaints. . . And then we tried to move..... First, for what we paid, yeah it better be the BEST water on earth. No Way, this equipment cost what we paid. Second, they put a UCC (lunch of like a lien) on our home that we knew nothing about! ! And then we noticed the paperwork that they needed to fees attached to moving; which we were told would be at no expense. Being in the military we move; a lot. I'm REALLY REGRETTING ever getting involved with ISPC.

While it is not our policy to have an unsecured loan, we understood your dilemma and provided you with an amicable solution, which you accepted.

They place a UCC on your house and to refinance you have to pay a 295 fee for something they do. Which is BS ISPC charges $295 for reviewing your request and for document preparation services. This is non-refundable and must be paid prior to issuance of the Subordination Agreement.

Fees, fees, fees... and the worst part? We did not realize they put a lien on our home until we got ready to close on a refi. Not only was the solar equipment from IQ a complete waste of money, but the financing through ISPC was the real icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor, read the fine print and understand what you’re signing - for us a $250k house secured as collateral on an $11k installment loan... this company probably shows amazing assets, which the people who have financing are clueless about. Finance through your bank, NOT this company, worse than student loan lending for sure. And that’s pretty bad.

ISPC is a great company that goes above and beyond for our customers. Its unfortunate to see reviews on a company that attempts to help out our customers to the best of their ability. I wanted to write this review because a majority of the more negative reviews on the company are because of miscommunication from the company using the financing and not ISPC. The people at ISPC are hands down some of the most professional and polite people to work with and I am glad to say I work closely with them as a great partner.

This company is a sham. I thought I was paying the wa water softener company but it was these thieves l. The interest rate is ridiculous their customer service sucks and you cant get a hold of them. They also lie on the credit reports saying you pay them late. I would recommend the water softener company not ispc.

I bought a water softener from this company and they placed a lien on my house. I filed a BK7 and seven years later I cannot refi my house for a lower interest rate because they have a lien on my house even though they were included in my BK7. This company deserves no stars. RUN, if they come knocking!

Customer Service Line VERY RUDE. Was having issues with making an online account... instead of helping me through the process or possibly making an over the phone payment, I was told that there was nothing wrong with their system & it was an user error. When asked to speak to a manager to help me, I was put on hold for ten minutes & then told manager is on another line. Happy with overall product at home, just recommend getting a more friendlier & more patient customer service staff.

What a HORRIBLE company with absolute rude employees!!!!!! Every review says the same thing. If there is a good review out there someone from ISPC must have wrote it. A rep called my phone and was so rude which in turn I was rude to her and the call got no where positive. The rep kept claiming she wanted to help lower my payments and interest but didn't. Karma is real and each employee working for this company may God have mercy on your soul when you get hit with reality 12/1/17 So I submitted a report to the BBB and ISPC's response places blame on me saying I was hostile during the call. Of course they don't acknowledge how the representative was raising her voice and was rude to me during the call as well as cutting me off when I was speaking. My plan is to just have them paid off no later than the beginning of February 2018 so I can have the account closed and be done with them. I can be late on other things so I can just triple payments with them.

This is the only account I have that was not understanding during the covid19 pandemic. Due to Covid 19 I was only working part time hours and was late making payments. I spoke with someone multiple times to explain my situation and made payments as often as possible. Well because of my late payments my interest rate doubled! I spoke with someone to see if it could be changed back but they couldn’t do anything so now I am enjoying this higher interest rate smh
