Inwood National Bank San Jacinto Blvd, Denton

I have banked with Inwood for over 6 years - the customer service here is un matched!!!! Everyone I've ever dealt with has been so helpful resolving any needs I've ever had, answered my questions, One lady even stayed late after work for me so I could get my deposit in that day! They are the best!!!

My grandma used this bank for years. She'd never go anywhere else. I grew up coming to this bank with her. The tellers knew her well and would always ask how she was. They would send lollipops through for me, or my younger sibling when I was grown. These people were always the most courteous, patient, and kind people. If they had more branches I believe I would switch to using them. If you live in Denton, this is the place to do business with. I will always appreciate the kindness and respect they've shown my grandma all these years.

If you mobile bank, take your business elsewhere. Don't expect to be able to log in on your mobile device. Went into the bank the other day and they said it was supposed to be fixed a month ago, yet I can never get on to deposit checks still. I was told they cannot do anything about it. You'd think being a bank they would have a better site management company. I'd give 1 star but the ladies in the Denton branch are very nice.

The only reason I didn't give 5 star's is because, there's not any bank service on Saturday. For those of us who work 5 day's a week and don't have time to make it to the bank during normal hour's of operation.

I have only had wonderful customer service at this bank. Friendly service, professional treatment, and a willingness to go the extra mile. I tell all my friends when asked where to bank for the most professional service in Denton, Go To INWOOD BANK. Thank you all for years of faithful service.

Normally very happy with the customer service of this bank, but trying to do anything over the phone is impossible. Why is there no hotline to help customers over the weekend and after hours? Beyond frustrated at this point. Beginning to think DACTU might be a better option!

James and his crew are second to none. This is personal banking at its finest. They take time to know you personally and work hard to make sure you are served well. Great folks!
