I think they must have an equal opportunity hiring program here because the employees are the least qualified humans I have ever had to try to work with. I recently underwent an absolutely horrifying refinance experience with Chito who missed several key pieces of information and dragged the process along for 3 months before coming clean. Absolutely horrifying business experience. Please do your homework and avoid this bank to save yourself time, money, and stress. Avoid Chito at all costs....that is if you can even understand what babble comes out of his mouth. Wow.

Unfortunately I didn’t see much feedback on this company- I am currently working with them on a mortgage. I am disappointed with their customer relationship and customer service overall. Please shop around before you work with them. They do not provide a clear timeline and understanding of the process before the customer engage until it comes up. It is was insufficient information overall every step of the way I had to clarify, follow-up and find out what’s the update.

All the employees did was talk about one another and targeted the new employees. No one was ever held accountable for their actions or disrespect!

All the staff are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful
