I absolutely love Ms. Kim Benjamin at InvesTex CU in the Height. I applied for an vehicle loan, credit card and a Ready credit and holy hell i was Approved!!! I got call from William at the other location same day with the good news. Kim is the most professional/nicest individual I have ever had as a personal banker. When I say she went over and beyond to assist in getting me my new 2015 GMC Yukon XL SLT please believe I was just amazed at how sweet she was! I had a trade-in too trust me this is a hard working lady this this was two days of working me! LOL I would to say a special thank you for all your help and this lady need a raise! Only if no star was an option, Worst experience ever. I went to this Branch and as soon as I walk in the first person I seen just stopped and starred at me waiting for me to talk. So I told her I need to apply for a loan and her response was that they were all busy. I was like ok I guess I'll show myself out, not sure if she felt bad but she followed me out and try to give me late customer service. It was very awkward so I told her I'll just go online or to another location. After going online I couldn't find a refinance type loan so I tried calling many times and could never get through. Every location has the same number and no one ever answers. I tried just putting in random letters to get someone's extension and finally someone ended up answering, it just so happened to be the same Branch I went to and I'm 100% sure it was the same lady that gave me bad customer service. She took down my information and gave me some weird excuse about me not being approved and said she would try again the next day and call me back and I never heard from her since.

Extraordinary is how I'd describe the customer service provided by Ms. Kim Benjamin. She was extremely personable, thorough in explaining terms and conditions, and she made great efforts to communicate if/when delays came about. It was a pleasure working with her.
