    Sometimes I get great service here and sometimes I leave without even being able to get basic needs from my own account. Hit or miss I guess. I recommend making an appointment if you do shared banking. ATM is easy to use.

We normally perform shared branch transactions Tuesday – Friday; however, due to a high absentee rate due to Covid and the flu, our service may be slower than our members regularly receive. Credit Unions that participate in the shared branch network voluntarily provide services to members of other credit unions, when possible, and we strive to maintain that service model as best we can.

    This branch is great! I don't like banking at all with banks. Then I needed a bank account for certain things in life so I started comparing and looking around. I gave InTouch a try due to them being a credit union anyone can join, fee were perfect, rates were what I needed, and the first time I went in everyone was professional. This is a wonderful branch to start an account at...Julie is amazing at the Cannery location!

    Tired of being inconvenienced.No shared branching on Mondays??? Banking institutions should be open and have full access for all... Mondays through Fridays!!!

    Hello, Kim. We understand your frustration and want to address some points in your recent review. First, yes, we do not have Shared Branching services on Mondays and Saturdays. This information is on our website, on our branch doors and in our appointment scheduling system. This information is also available on the CO-OP Shared Services Network website. Second, Credit Unions who choose to participate in the Shared Branch network provide service to other credit union’s members as a courtesy. Each credit union in this voluntary network is primarily responsible to their members rather than the guest members. You are welcome to reach out to your credit union for additional information, but they may give you the same information we are also providing.

    Horrible customer service, I went to ATM this am to deposit cash which the receipt says cash and because I’m a shared branch they can’t help me or reverse it to state cash deposit. I spoke with Tracy and someone else both were rude af amd co customer service skills, then Manager Jessie is apparently in a meeting but i was told he wasn’t in the office today. I’d never bank with them. Only 1 star cuz I needed to review this. So horrible I just want my money in my acct!! They’re terrible people here in Vegas!

    Hello Stacey. We see your review and we are a bit confused. You state in your review you put cash into the ATM for a deposit, and further go onto state the deposit went in as cash. However, you are wanting us to look into reversing the deposit to state as a cash deposit- which it already did as indicated on the photo of the receipt you posted. We would recommend you consult your credit union to review their deposit and shared network deposit policies. Your credit union will set rules around how they handle deposits done at Shared Branch locations, and will be able to see the activity on your account. We cannot see your account activity or make decisions around deposits since you are not our member. Credit Unions who choose to participate in the Shared Branch network provide service to other credit union’s members as a courtesy. Each credit union in this voluntary network is primarily responsible to their members rather than the guest members.

    Opened an account as we moved from another state. Sabrina was Outstanding ! We explained to her what we wanted and she got us set up. We were extremely grateful for Sabrina's patience in translating banking lingo to our level (it's been 25 yrs since we opened an account and many changes have happened). Sabrina was very attentive to what we needed and got us set up the way we wanted to do our banking and finances. I would ask you to think about InTouch CU for your future banking needs and ask for Sabrina.

    I was having a very Difficult time setting up Zelle, Since I cannot do it in my business account I had to have a personal checking account reset up so I could send Zell payments. It took almost 2 hours with all the difficulties between my different accounts and Sabrina T. did a great job helping me and being so patient and understanding my frustrations. I really appreciated her help. I also needed helpDownloading the bank app on my phone so I could deposit checks from my business into my personal checking account for the payments again it was confusing and she help me a lot

    I love banking here. Its a great location, very convenient and close to the house. The staff is wonderful, very helpful. Especially Sabrina, she's always ready to answer all my questions. I've just never had such professional customer service. This is the only place I'm banking from now on!

    I was in a hurry and wasn't entirely sure if I needed call for an appointment, I drove to the bank anyway. Yes you need an appointment due to covid-19 restrictions. Julie meet me at the door, and was very nice. Julie cleared time to work with me, and was very professional. I hope to have other needs to come to InTouch again. I would definitely look for Julie to help me again.
