Tony Williams is very kind and helpful! If you have to leave a message,( which was rare because he usually picked up when I called) he is very timely with returning calls. My buyers and I were happy with his professionalism. I highly recommend him if you need a lender.

Tony Williams is extremely kind and personable. Always readily available at all odd hours of the night and weekends. Even when we didn't have questions he kept up with regularly scheduled weekly check-ins on the process. We always felt he was in our corner rooting for our success. Can't recommend him enough!

Chris Squires and his team did what everyone else said could not be done. During Covid, banks and lenders raised their requirements above that of what is actually required to purchase a home. After months of looking in a sellers market for a rental, I'd pretty much given up. I was introduced to The Squires Group and now own my own home, inside of a 40 day window on top of it all.
