Ok I love this bank but what's up with the hours now? I really need to talk to someone there and with a 3 hour window and hour time difference I keep missing the opportunity.

I recently obtained a loan for a car. They wasted no time. Ms. Anarose was very helpful. She told me about the supporting products and made life easy. She sent me a tracking number to follow up on the loan package. The rate was very competitive. The credit union is more like a small town credit union for a town of 77,000 people. Friendly, caring and able to offer help in challenging times during furloughs and the like. The have the best credit card monitoring service and catch anomalies ahead of other services. They have protected my transactions many times.

I have to fight with them to resolve issues. This had happened on several occasions. I guess getting satisfaction sometimes depends on your bank account.

I'm not the biggest fan of this bank the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because Tyler Scally who is a member representative has been amazing to work with. When no one else called me back on a issue I was having with my online banking Tyler did. He has helped me out and I will only work with him for now, if Tyler ever leaves so will I.
