We had been trying to refinance our home for the last two years to reduce interest rate. And, even with the mortgage broker we had previously worked with in AZ; he had not been able to find a lender to offer us a low cost loan with a lower rate. Your strength in the industry apparently affords you to be very competitive in offering low loan costs. From the time the over the phone application was accepted it was only two weeks before closing. For the most part all went well. There were a few glitches in communication as far as documentation needed. But, the loan officer, LisaAnne Mitchell, worked very hard to get it closed on time. We were PLEASANTLY surprised as to the process as we did not know if it could be done for our primary which is an out of state home. AND, we were able to supply the necessary documentation being in CA this summer - again with our tax forms etc. at our primary home in AZ. LisaAnne worked tirelessly to get everything needed to complete the refinance. Everything stated to us as far as costs, rate and speediness of the loan was as promised.

This is probably the worst mortgage company I've ever worked with. Their manager/sales rep named Will has the worst customer service attitude! He pulled credit and started working with me on purchasing a home 3 months ago, - the guy rarely calls me - once every 4-5 weeks. Each time he does, he doesn't stay consistent with the documents he asked from the previous times. When questioned, scoffs at me (the customer) for all the things he had to do and thus is not coherent. In our previous calls, I had asked him if there is anything else he needed, please call me. His reply was I'm extremely busy with a lot of accounts, so just call me. On the days where I asked him to draw up pre-approval letters, his excuse was he will be going to the doctor's office and will be out for the entire day. Sure enough my offer was delayed 48 hrs. When asking him to look up loan amounts, he'd take 2 days to get back to me with a simple crop set up from his underwriting desktop which he could've done in a 5 minutes. When questioned on our last phone call whether he remembers the documents he has asked and to be transferred to another rep to handle my file, his response was well it's YOUR fault because your credit is not as high and requires more documents (which he had asked different ones on each phone call) and then hangs up on me. I was REFERED to this mortgage company through their Real Estate corporation as a friend & family program. This is how they actually treat customers before they package your loan and sell it off. Screening of customers Not communicating thoroughly BAD attitude Laziness They got dropped by one of their own preferred real estate companies. Never communicates to your real estate agent. STAY AWAY. Do NOT get your mortgage done here. I wonder in an age of digital transparency and automation with zillow and redfin all moving into mortage, how this type of attitude still allow a company to survive.

I would give "0" stars if I could. I received an ad in the mail for a NO COST loan. I called, spoke multiple times with a loan originator Michael there. He kept reiterating that they would beat Loan Depot (who offered a refi loan for $5k on the principle) by not charging anything for the loan. I finally decide to go with Interactive Mortgage, they do the hard pull on my credit and in the disclosures they've added $5500 to the estimated principle. BAIT AND SWITCH selling. Would NOT do business with a financial company that utilizes deceptive or misleading tactics to make a sale. Have some integrity, and that earns my business.

    Response from the owner

Mr. Howell, our apologies if our loan officer didn't explain the closing statement to you line by line. If you look at your closing statement you will find $1,859 in lender associated charges. If you then look down 2 lines you will find a credit from Interactive Mortgage in the amount of $1,859 effectively giving you a zero closing cost loan (just like the agent said). The difference of $3,641 is the amount that is set up for tax and insurance impounds and the taxes due that your state charges (those are not lender charges). Please know you are always welcome to cancel the process at any time. As with 100% of our loans, you have paid nothing up front. Unlike many of our competitors, we don't even ask you to pay for the appraisal up front! Beautiful part of America is that you, the customer always has a choice. If you find a better deal elsewhere, we encourage you to cancel with us and use that other company.

I have to say, this has been the most amazingly fast, efficient, and pleasant re fi experience I have EVER been through! Hands down! Brian Dodge, and Leslie Fronjian were incredible. From start to finish, it took less than 2 weeks! And would of been faster if I didn't drag my feet, thinking this seems too good to be true. No other company, including the one I was with could even come close in speed, or cost to close as Interactive Mortgage/Winnpointe Corp. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a refi,..don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are AWESOME!

Great company with a quick process for refi. We did a no cash out refi to lower our rate and payment. From start to finish the process took less than three weeks, which includes us getting our refund check from escrow. We were walked through every step of the way and they were very attentive to our needs and schedule. Flat fee of $495 is pretty amazing as well. We will definitely use again if the need arises for us to refi! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Very easy refi. Treated with respect, patience, and all that. Loan cost nothing, was a great rate, and done quickly with minimal impact. Note that for the best rate you cannot subordinate a HELOC nor have an impound account. The idea was to minimize rate and lower payment as much as possible, so that was fine by me.
