We trusted integrity lending for our home loan. We had a great experience! We worked with Debbie Kraft and her team. They all worked very well as a team and they integrated perfectly with our real estate team. Their home training and milestone progress emails are so funny and also very informational. The team answered our questions along the way. Before we knew it we were in our home! We are so happy with our decision.

I had already reached a few lenders and no one wanted to touch my file for being self employed and very complexed. I found Stephanie online with Integrity First lending and with a few questions she asked me she knew exactly what to do and gave me hope. She was always on top of things and was very professional just like everybody else in her team. She gave me confidence along the way, that we were going to close and against all the odds we closed on my house on a Friday the 13th! :)August 13th 2021. Stephanie at Integrity First Lending was amazing to work with! She was always there with answers to all of our questions and made financing our loan a breeze! She was very helpful and kind at all times! We would for sure work with her again!

The communication with Stephanie was fine and she was very helpful. I did not give this 5 stars because the communication with the lender was very confusing. Integrity uses an application called Floify, but the lender in this case used a different application called Docusign. We were instructed by Integrity initially to ignore requests for information and documents that came directly from the lender and submit things through Floify. That turned out not always to be the case, and we were never quite sure when or if we should respond to requests from the lender. That process needs to be ironed out and communication with the borrower made more clear. Otherwise, a good experience.

I have used David Kent on multiple transactions. It’s apparent that Integrity Lending attracts the best lenders, because he has gone out of his way to make my clients’ transactions run smoothly. I highly recommend using Integrity Lending.
