Great service everytime I go awesome workers

If you notice all these good reviews are old. The new employees don't care about you and neither does the manager. 2 days late and they took my stuff out of the back to sell it. 2 days. They have no regard for customers. Or the items that customers pawn with the hopes of not losing. Very disappointed to say the least. They prey on people in times of need with no remorse. Just my opinion. The old staff looked out for customers way better. Would never go back to many other places close by that will treat you better. You have been warned

They sold me a broken Samsung gear 360 that they "guaranteed" and "tested" to work I take it home and it doesnt turn on at all. Leave it on charger for 2 hours or so and still nothing Bring it back next day and I was even going to ask for store credit but the manager just said"you should have put a protection plan, she offered you one" Which she did but she also GUARANTEED a working unit. Pawn shop who just cares about getting your money and that's it I guess

Came across some life situations and they were able to help me. Honestly if you have anything of value they will go the extra mile to try and help you. This is my 1st choice of pawn shops in the area and I always look for this particular guy to be there don't remember his name but he's normally there in mornings
