Mark and his assistant Pablo were wonderful to work with! From the start of the mortgage application process, and through to my closing, I received expert guidance and assistance. Mark went above and beyond to personally answer every one of my many questions. He always answered calls and emails quickly, and was very personable and welcoming when I reached out. He is very knowledgeable and truly seemed to enjoy sharing his wisdom with a first-time home buyer. Rather than feeling intimidated, I felt incredibly supported. I was kept informed on every step of the mortgage journey, and always knew what was happening. Pablo also went above and beyond to assist me with a computer issue so that I could transfer necessary documents. I just couldn’t have had a better experience, and I give my highest recommendation to Mark and his team!

Highly recommend! Great rates and explained all costs and fees of mortgage, including offering advice on mortgage points and mortgage rates in the future. He was very up front and did try to rush and push me into a mortgage with him! Also was totally open to comparing quotes with other banks and was great at comparing apples to apples, unlike other companies who are not up front about mortgage points. Use this man, you will not regret it!
