    NEGATIVE OR ZERO STARS!!!!! Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with!! I do NOT recommend them at all and this is from my experience as well as my bfs experience who also has our car loan with them unfortunately. Going to refinance asap!!! Don't use infuze!!!! STAFF IS RUDE AND AND DOESN'T WORK WITH YOU ON ANYTHING, EVER AND TREATS YOU LIKE A NUMBER NOT A MEMBER. ANY other bank will be better than infuze! Pretty sure several things they have done to us and forced us to pay or else threatened to take our car is... highly illegal!! CROOKS!!! THIEVES!!! RUN!! Stephanie is by far the rudest and soul-less person I've ever spoken to. Even her tone of voice is awful!

    If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer with them since I graduated high school in 2015. Last year I got a car loan through them, my car was recently wrecked and the insurance paid off most of my loan. I had gotten gap insurance through them since the loan officer told me it would keep me from paying on a car I couldn’t drive. Well SURPRISE there’s “fees” they don’t tell you about. I was late on payments due to maternity leave, when I caught my payments up I asked about late fees I was told there weren’t any. After insurance and gap I was told I owed $109 from fees, I asked them to break it down and explain the fees. They could only explain $60 of the fees and since calling multiple times about it now the other $49 has disappeared off the loan payoff and they don’t know what I’m talking about when I asked about it. Now they have locked my account and won’t allow me to access my funds until the $60 is paid. That’s a real nice way to treat a single mom. Great customer service.

    Had to come make sure they get several (I wish zero) 1 stars. That's how horrible this place is, I'm going out of my way to give them bad reviews to warn others!! I'm going to get them as many bad ratings as possible! Everyone needs to know you do illegal things on top of being horrible to your "members".

    I went to the Infuze credit union unsure if I was goin to be about to get a loan as I had a deadline and this was very urgent for me and my kids and Melanie in the loan department took very very good care of me and got me approved. Kuddos to you and I will always come back. All of the staff there at Infuze are awesome. Keep making customers a priority and making them happy. Thank you so much!

    I wish that it was possible to give zero stars, The treatment at the hands of the assistant manager Jenny(i) and Lori Lebeouf was appalling. I had my purse stolen while I was out of state, they managed to make the entire experience of replacing my debit card and closing my account way more difficult then it needed to be. In order to replace my card immediately it would cost me $50.00, to stop the payment on the checks that were stolen that would be another $40 something. The amount of money it was going to cost to protect my account was absolutely insane. Since then I've spoken to a few different credit unions/banks as I'm taking my business elsewhere and it seems no one else charges fees if your stuff is stolen and you provide the police report. Long story short, stay away....go the Navy Fed or USAA, or just stuff your money in a mattress it will probably be safer.

    I have recently created an account at Infuze Credit Union and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful nature of Sarah Baker. The facility not only has modern and convenient amenities found at that of larger banks, but also the friendliness and small town comfort of banking through a credit union.     Horrible experience never again will I use this Credit Union. You get treated like a Number instead of a Member!! The employees are Very Rude and not very helpful... BEWARE!!!! Last time I was at their waynesville branch a member was doped out of her mind going thru their cabinets up front at the refreshment station in front of the whole bank, looking for who knows what... I got up and left didnt feel comfortable at all esp if i would have been getting out money or something.. I now Use Maries County Bank and get treated like family and not a number.. also they have no crackheads in the lobby...
