Independent Financial Henneman Way, Mckinney

worked security (contract) for one day here this week with temps in the 100's and was told I could not come inside the building/s often because I was to be posted outside walking the parking garages and perimeter of the 2 buildings. I came inside after being out for 2 hours to cool off and use the rest room, was told to go back outside and not be inside. I am so glad I do not bank with this bank as they don't even care about their own employees or contractors. I was told I could come inside anytime I please. I would never ever put my health at risk for a company! This just proves how employers just do not care about employees !

I do all of my banking at the Henneman Way branch and I always have a great experience there. They are always courteous, utmost respectful and nice to talk to.
