The experience was outstanding! The closer, Angelina Cook, was flawlessly prepared making the signing for the seller go perfectly. The proceeds from the transaction were distributed via wire transfer promptly and accurately as soon as the lender approved the buyer's loan. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks to Angelina for a professional and very well done job!

When I walked in I was told that no one could go in the room with me while I sign. That was not told to me before I came. This was my very first house purchase. I wanted my daughter at least to come in with me and I was told she couldn’t. I had been they a lot that year and this was everything to me. My 1st home buyer experience was good up until the signing day. I totally understand and yes it was Covid but had I been told that before coming in that would have greatly appreciated but it was not communicated to me or my realtor. The most important people that had a very positive impact on one of my biggest life decisions wasn’t able to share that particular moment with me. Again, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME BEFORE I CAME IN. IT WAS NOT.

Recently closed with Independence Title. Upon arrival I was immediately acknowledged and Welcomed. Our closer was Shelly. Very knowledgeable. Guided us through the process and answered all of our questions.

This is the best title company in the area! They have experience closers and administrative assistants and an office manager that is a great problem solver. My clients always have a great experience

I was required to use this company to purchase a home. Home negotiations fell through after a bad inspection. Went to their offices to pick up my refund. Waited in an empty lobby for 15 minutes, received refund check without needing proof of ID. Few weeks later, they are wanting a money because they returned the wrong amount to me. I've seen this scam before...

Closed on 16 December 2016 and in addition to numerous mistakes in the closing paperwork, they will not return ANY phone calls about the $4300 they're holding of our funds. As the sellers, were deeply concerned and disappointed. They are holding our tax money to the wrong county even though we paid 2016 taxes already. Everyone we've spoken to was impatient or rude. They never even explained the closing documents to us, though by law they are required to. Absolutely the worst expirence with a title company.

Such a great team! When there was a paperwork glitch (resulting from a decade-old bank closure and a sloppy lien transfer), Lin and her team leapt into action. They resolved what could've been a major hurdle both quickly and effectively. From first to last, the Independence team was friendly, helpful and highly professional. Excellent!
