imortgage Kilroy Airport Way, Long Beach

The worst possible customer service, double talk and follow thru. I had been hesitating to post a review of this company (Long Beach location) until another snarky email surfaced in response to an inquiry from my client to them. The entire experience was horrible from its inception, and continues to be so even after the transaction has closed. After thinking it was just me, I heard from my client, from the escrow company and countless others that my experience with Imortgage was the same as theirs. Even when their awful service is verified, they continue to throw out excuse after excuse.....never again.
