Immediate Care - North Greece Long Pond Rd, Rochester

Wish I could actually review this place. Tough when IT'S CLOSED. And I don't mean it's after hours. I mean - it isn't open for business. So really, they should take down any reference to their hours.

Google says open but it's not!! Waste of time

Staff was very friendly! We only waited about 10 minutes but the dr made sure to come out and introduce himself and kept us updated. The nurse was great and the check in staff was very friendly! Absolutely love this place!

This facility is closed. Time to update status and hours so that people don’t waste their time driving to this location.

In the numerous years of Living in Greece and having children and a family whenever we were sick and we couldn't get to our medical doctor especially on the weekend or a holiday they were an amazing staff they have helped me many of times and helped my children many of times as well as my children's Mother I actually went there tonight but I miss them because they close at 8 I forgot that it's a weekend and they close at 8 and I'm not upset about it because they're open tomorrow which is a Sunday and I'm pretty sure I can wait another day to go and see them if not then I will go to emergency but I am most positive I can wait and every time I've gone there even if I have to wait 20 minutes to a half an hour they are doing me a service by being open on a weekend and helping me when I am not feeling well or not feeling 100% And I have to be seen so for all of you who are giving them one star you had to wait a long time you got moved to a room and had to wait even longer after you got moved to the room, in that instance and from what I gather from some of the stuff I've read those were during peak times and when it's going to be busiest so you are going to wait longer, there is more sick people that need to be seen or hurt people Etc than there are staff so you have to have some sort of patience for these medical professionals so now that I'm done venting all I'm going to say if you're not happy going to that facility there are many other immediate cares and Urgent Cares around feel free to go to another one, you're going to experience the same type of stuff as well but the staff there at Long Pond is amazing.

Let me tell you, I came here due to bronchitis symptoms. Wheezing , sneezing, coughing etc. Head is pounding! I walked in at 10:25.. Checked in by 10:30. Had not been called to a room until 11:45 to just have to sit here and wait some more. It is now 12:06. I'm sick as hell and they claim there so busy and behind. But no one was in the waiting room. I'm never coming back again! I don't recommend it at all! Waste of time and patience. For him or her to come in here and get paid for 5 min of there time! Your better off in the ER

Got here at 3:30 (closed at 5) on New Year's Eve so I was nervous with all of the bad reviews. There was only one other person there with a kid. Friendly front desk ladies. It took forever to get me checked in. Probably 10-15 mins. Two minutes after I sat down, I was called in. Super nice nurse. They gave me a throat swab. Said we'd know the results in 5 mins. I waited in the waiting room for about 15 before the doctor came in and said I had strep. She gave me meds and I was on my way. Whole ordeal took about less than an hour. I enjoyed my visit.

Do not go here. Worst experience ever. Do not ask questions, just do what you're told, sheep.

Very quick! Nurse called us before we finished new patient paperwork. Doctor arrived before nurse finished taking vitals. Out the door soon after - hooray! Thanks for your help!

Came with a sinus infection and left with one. Was told a sinus infection takes 10 days to develop. Green goop, headache, pressure are not signs of an infection. It's viral. He takes Advil sinus and allergy and his wife takes Flonase. Biggest waste of time and $40. Won't ever go back
